Privacy policy
KKI888 Guide is a small information website made of plain pages. This policy explains what is and is not collected when you read it.
The short version
- No accounts. You cannot register or log in on this site.
- No forms. There is no contact form, comment box, newsletter sign-up or search box.
- No account data. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, ID documents, payment details or gambling account information. There is nowhere on this site to enter them.
- Analytics only. We measure visits with Plausible Community Edition and Microsoft Clarity, as described below.
- No advertising. The site carries no ads and no affiliate links, and we do not sell personal data.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly first-party analytics (Plausible Community Edition, self-hosted at analytics.kr40.com) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site: pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and optional session heatmaps and recordings. These tools do not sell your personal data for advertising. Plausible is designed to avoid cookies where possible. Clarity may set cookies for session analysis.

What a session recording contains
A Clarity recording replays how a page was scrolled, tapped and clicked, so that we can see where the layout is confusing. Because this site has no forms, there is nothing for you to type and nothing typed that could be recorded.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Microsoft's documentation lists two first-party cookies that Clarity may place for this site, named _clck and _clsk. They hold a random visitor ID and group page views into one session. Microsoft also documents cookies that it may set from its own domains. The full list is in Microsoft's Clarity cookie list.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- A content blocker or a browser with tracking protection will stop the analytics scripts from loading.
- The site works the same with scripts turned off. Every page is plain HTML and CSS.
Hosting
The site is delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver pages and to block abuse. Its practices are described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Links to other websites
The KI888 guide links to public sources such as PAGCOR and the National Problem Gambling Helpline. Those websites have their own privacy policies. This site does not link to any gambling operator.
Age
This site is written for adults aged 21 and over and is not directed at minors.
Your rights
The Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) gives people in the Philippines rights over their personal data. They include the right to be informed, to access your data, to have errors corrected, to have data blocked or removed, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint. The National Privacy Commission publishes the full text.
Because this site has no accounts and no forms, we hold no record that identifies you by name, email address or phone number, and we have no personal file to look up, correct or delete.
Contact
This site has no contact form and does not publish an email address or a phone number of its own. To raise a privacy concern about any website in the Philippines, you can go to the National Privacy Commission.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will change with it.
